The Full Automatic Balers are a series of balers that run automatically with only one button. Its full automatic system consists of compressing, packing, threading and ejecting bales. This makes it easy and convenient to operate. Those automatic balers are suitable for baling and recycling loose materials, including paper, cardboards, books, magnizes, newspaper, plastic film, alfalfa and coconut fiber. Hence, they are now widely used in carton plants, breweries, palm plants, printing plants, supermarkets and recycling centers.


1. Its photoelectric switch activates baler automatically when the charge box is full.

2. The unique double-cutting design of cutters improves the cutting efficiency and lengthens the lifespan of the cutter.
3. The special anti-slide design of the machine makes the bales look better.
4. The main cylinder adopts trunnion-mounted frame and ball-end joint design. This removes the torque on the rod and thus lengthens the lifespan of the seals.
5. The machine is equipped with unique tying system, making it easy to clean and maintain.
6. The use of differential technique shortens cycle time, which improves working efficiency and save electricity.
